Following an initial observation concerning the mediocre performance of French students both academically (PISA rankings) and in English language learning (studies on English proficiency), our research has uncovered reports, studies, and testimonials demonstrating that learning difficulties have far more deeper repercussions than would appear at first, affecting all of French society and impacting the quality of human relationships in the short and long term at all levels.

 

Following this observation, we wanted to understand the reasons for this phenomenon, particularly in France, and pursue further hypotheses.

We therefore conducted in-depth research within French society and the school system (public and private), as well as within our own Research and Training Centre. We adopted a purely scientific approach in order to analytically discover the possible reasons, while remaining open-minded, leaving no stone unturned, no matter where that may have lead us. And although certain facts shook our own vision of knowledge transmission and the quality of our own human relationships, we persevered further and further. And thanks to this desire to understand and find practical solutions, we have attained THE ULTIMATE RESULT, once more, since making the same mistakes over and over again while expecting different results is the very definition of insanity.

 

Given the daunting task for the reader of sifting through hundreds of official reports, statistics, and graphs, we have made this scientifically analysed information digestible in our 444 page book, penned by a true writer which is why this book truly different.
