Research : Our children are our future

First and foremost, so that you can imagine the foundations of our research, we would like to emphasise that the keystone of the Technique Leader Harrison© is Empathy, which we have been advocating since the creation of our research and training center in 2015.

The results of our current method of education can be measured and quantified throughout French society and may seem productive in the short term, but in the long term, educating as such has been counterproductive since empathy is not as present as it should be. In order to adopt a constructive stance ourselves, our book “Succeeding and Achieving Excellence in Knowledge Transmission and Human Relations” scientifically identifies the flaws in our current French education system for which we then propose solutions that are beneficial to everyone, based on the winner-winner philosophy, where empathy is truly the cornerstone.

Finally, through the creation of UP English School France, we are not only illustrating the practical application of our research but also validating the fact that it is possible to do things differently if we trust in our intuition and liberate our imagination. We have thus succeeded in stimulating progress in the field of English language teaching in the French-speaking world, becoming one of the new global leaders while also achieving excellence.
