Who owns Quick English?


The Quick English© book series with interlinear subtitles is a worldwide exclusive to UP English School France, registered with INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property).

How does your money-back guarantee work? (only for Quick English© books)

*In case of dissatisfaction, you can request a refund within 35 days of the purchase date. To obtain a refund (excluding shipping costs), you must explain why the item is unsuitable and return it in the same condition as when purchased (clean, new, etc.). To do so, simply:

  1. Download and complete the money-back guarantee form (Return Policy)

  2. Return the item and the completed form to us by recorded delivery** (within 35 days of the product purchase date).

 

You must also include your bank details with your request so that the refund can be processed as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

 

*Money-back guarantee only valid for the Quick English© book series purchased directly through our websites (quickenglish.fr and upenglish-centrederecherche.fr) with proof of purchase (invoice).

 

**Indeed, if the Post Office loses your package and you don't have proof of delivery, we won't be able to refund you.


Is payment secure?

UP English School France guarantees complete security when you shop on its e-commerce sites (quickenglish.fr and upenglish-centrederecherche.fr). You can pay for your purchases with a wide range of credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard, etc.). This secure transaction system is provided by our online payment providers: Stripe and PayPal (without the need to create an account).

Can you tell me more about my right of withdrawal?

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. You have 14 days following receipt of your item to return it by tracked postage via The Post Office (shipping costs will be borne by the buyer) and in the same condition as when purchased (clean item, mint condition, etc.).

 

Please complete our form (Return Policy) and send it to us with the item by tracked postage*, along with a copy of your bank details, so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

 

Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes, we ship throughout mainland France.
 
Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg (shipping costs payable by the buyer).
 

What are your delivery rates?

 

We offer several delivery methods depending on your location.

Since 7th October 2023, French regulations impose a minimum delivery charge for new books. This regulation applies to all customers and concerns all deliveries in France, whether made to your home or to a pick-up point:

  • 3€ (home and pick-up point) for orders containing less than 35€ of new books

  • Free shipping for orders containing 35€ or more of new books (mainland France)

For Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, delivery costs are:

 

  • Delivery to a pick-up point: 5€ for orders under 50€

  • Home delivery: 7.50€ for orders under 50€

  • Free shipping for orders over 50€

 

Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of ordering.

 

What are the shipping and delivery times for your products?

 

We process and ship your order within 48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on your delivery address:

 

  • 3 to 5 business days for orders delivered to mainland France

  • 6 business days for orders delivered to Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg

 

These delivery times are provided for information purposes only.


Do you provide information when ordering and tracking your products?
 

Yes, we send you an order confirmation email (to the email address provided when ordering), followed by an email to notify you when the package(s) have been shipped.

 

*You will receive a tracking code by email when your package has been confirmed. With this code, you can then track your package on the website of the French National Post Office or the chosen carrier (Mondial Relay, Chronopost, etc.).

If your items are damaged upon delivery, you can contact us via our contact form, or by calling the following phone number: (0033) 4 75 93 34 61. You have 24 hours from the delivery date to submit your complaint so that we can address your issue as quickly as possible.

How do I get an invoice?

You will automatically receive an invoice upon your purchase, which will be sent to you by email (to the email address you provided when ordering) as well as a paper copy in your package.
